How to: Mix 1 Tbsp (8g) into 1oz of hot water to dissolve the ingredients. After dissolving, mix with 8-10oz of your favorite milk, hot or iced. Sweeten or add a shot of espresso if you still want the caffeine. 

Other Uses: Mix into hot water and drink as a tea, add to your black coffee, sprinkle on your oatmeal, or even use in baked goods!
